Ninja Fight — Free Online Fighting Game
Ninja Fight is a free browser fighting game where you square off against a CPU-controlled stick figure ninja in a best-of-three round duel. Both fighters share the same screen, separated by a health bar that chips away with every successful punch, kick, or slash. Win two rounds before your opponent does and you claim victory. Lose them and you rematch instantly. There is no download, no install, and no sign-up — just open the page and play unblocked in your browser.
The core appeal of Ninja Fight is its simple, readable combat system. Stick figure animations make every attack crystal clear — you can see exactly when a punch is connecting and when you have left yourself exposed. At the same time, the CPU opponent is no pushover. It reads your movements and counters aggressively, so mashing a single attack over and over will get you beaten. Mixing up your strikes, controlling distance, and knowing when to back off versus when to press forward is what separates a winning fighter from a losing one.
How to Play
Movement Controls
- A — move left
- D — move right
- W or Space — jump
Attack Controls
- J — punch (fast, short range)
- K — kick (medium range, more damage)
- L — slash (longest reach, highest damage, slower recovery)
Round Structure
- Each round ends when one fighter's health bar is fully depleted.
- Win two rounds to win the match. You rematch automatically after a match ends.
- Health does not regenerate between rounds, so efficient fighting matters across the full match.
Tips & Strategy
Mix Your Attacks
Spamming the same move repeatedly is predictable and easy for the CPU to avoid or punish. Lead with a fast punch to establish range, then follow up with a kick or slash when your opponent hesitates. Varying the rhythm of your attacks keeps the CPU guessing and creates openings.
Respect the Slash
The slash (L key) deals the most damage per hit but has a noticeable wind-up and recovery animation. Use it when you have confirmed your opponent cannot interrupt you — for example, right after they whiff a slow kick and are recovering. Landing a slash at the wrong moment leaves you wide open to a counter.
Use Jumps Sparingly
Jumping creates distance and can dodge certain ground-level attacks, but you are also briefly airborne and unable to attack effectively. Jump to escape a cornering situation or to reset the engagement distance, not as an offensive tool. Predictable jumping patterns are easy to read and punish.
Corner Pressure
Pushing the CPU to the edge of the screen removes its ability to back away from your attacks. Once it is cornered, alternate punches and kicks to drain its health without giving it room to recover. Watch out though — the CPU will try to jump over you to escape. Be ready to turn around quickly and continue the pressure.
