The fastest way to reach us is by email. Send your message to support@gloink.games and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please include as much detail as possible — if you are reporting a bug, let us know which game, what device and browser you are using, and what happened.

Bug Reports

If something is not working right, we want to know about it. When reporting a bug, it helps to include:

  • The name of the game where the issue occurred.
  • Your device type (phone, tablet, laptop) and operating system.
  • The web browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
  • A description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if possible.
